Background: Centaurin beta 2 is a member of the centaurin family of ADP-ribosylation factor directed GTPase-activating proteins. It contains two N-terminal coiled-coil regions, a pleckstrin homology (PH) domain, an ARF-GAP domain and C-terminal ankyrin repeats.
