Name :
Recombinant Human CD5 Protein (Arg25-Pro372), C-6×His-tagged
Specification :
| Description : This gene encodes a member of the scavenger receptor cysteine-rich (SRCR) superfamily. Members of this family are secreted or membrane-anchored proteins mainly found in cells associated with the immune system. This protein is a type-I transmembrane glycoprotein found on the surface of thymocytes, T lymphocytes and a subset of B lymphocytes. The encoded protein contains three SRCR domains and may act as a receptor to regulate T-cell proliferation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms. | Source : HEK293 | Species : Human | Tag : C-6×His | Form : Lyophilized | Molecular Mass : 39.5 kDa | Protein Length : Arg25-Pro372 | Purity : > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and Coomassie blue staining. | Storage : Store at -80 centigrade for 12 months (Avoid repeated freezing and thawing) | Storage Buffer : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % – 80 % trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization.
