Name :
Recombinant Human CDH1 Protein, His-tagged
Specification :
| Description : E-Cadherin is a calcium-dependent cell adhesion glycoprotein that belongs to the cadherin family. E-Cadherin is expressed in non-neural epithelial tissues. It tends to interact with each other in a homophilic manner in connecting cells. E-Cadherin clusters are critical components of adherent junctions between epithelial cells and act in the formation and maintenance of the epithelial cell barrier. E-Cadherin is involved in mechanisms regulating cell-cell adhesions, mobility and proliferation of epithelial cells and has a potent invasive suppressor role. E-Cadherin loss contributes to cancer metastasis. The extracellular E-Cadherin N-terminal domain can be cleaved by several proteases and is released as a soluble factor that enhances cancer cell motility and EGFR-dependent survival and proliferation. | Source : HEK293 | Species : Human | Tag : His | Form : Lyophilized frum a 0.2 um filtered solution of PBS, pH7.2. | Molecular Mass : Predicted Molecular Weight: 79.6kDaApparent Molecular Weight: Biotinylated Cadherin-1 appeared between 66.2-116kDa in a reducing SDS-PAGE gel. | AA Sequence : Q23-A709 | Endotoxin : Less than 0.1 EU/ug. | Purity : >95% | Storage : Lyophilized protein should be stored at Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4-7 centigrade for 2-7 days.
