Name :
Active Recombinant Human DDR1(492-end) Protein, N-His-tagged

Specification :
| Description : DDR1 is a tyrosine kinase that functions as cell surface receptor for fibrillar collagen and regulates cell attachment to the extracellular matrix, remodeling of the extracellular matrix, cell migration, differentiation, survival and cell proliferation. Collagen binding triggers a signaling pathway that involves SRC and leads to the activation of MAP kinases. Regulates remodeling of the extracellular matrix by up-regulation of the matrix metalloproteinases MMP2, MMP7 and MMP9, and thereby facilitates cell migration and wound healing. Required for normal blastocyst implantation during pregnancy, for normal mammary gland differentiation and normal lactation. Required for normal ear morphology and normal hearing (By similarity). Promotes smooth muscle cell migration, and thereby contributes to arterial wound healing. Also plays a role in tumor cell invasion. Phosphorylates PTPN11. | Source : Sf21 | Species : Human | Tag : His | Protein length : 492-end | Form : 0.264mg/ml of enzyme in 50mM Tris/HCl pH7.5, 300mM NaCl, 0.1mM EGTA, 0.03% Brij-35, 20mM βglycerophosphate, 0.25mM sodium orthovanadate, 10mM NaF, 270mM sucrose, 1mM benzamidine, 0.2mM PMSF, 0.1% 2- mercaptoethanol. Aliquot unused material into prechilled micro-centrifuge tubes and immediately snap-freeze the vials in liquid nitrogen prior to re-storage at -70 centigrade. | Use/Stability : On receipt of material store at -70 centigrade. Unopened reagent is stable for a minimum of 1 year from date of shipment when stored at recommended storage temperature. Avoid repeat freeze/thaw cycles. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge original vial prior to removing the cap.
