Name :
Recombinant Human DNAJB1 Protein, N-6×His-tagged

Specification :
| Description : This gene encodes a member of the DnaJ or Hsp40 (heat shock protein 40 kD) family of proteins. DNAJ family members are characterized by a highly conserved amino acid stretch called the ‘J-domain’ and function as one of the two major classes of molecular chaperones involved in a wide range of cellular events, such as protein folding and oligomeric protein complex assembly. The encoded protein is a molecular chaperone that stimulates the ATPase activity of Hsp70 heat-shock proteins in order to promote protein folding and prevent misfolded protein aggregation. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. | Source : E. coli | Species : Human | Tag : N-6×His | Form : Solution | Molecular Mass : 40.2 kDa | Protein Length : 340 | AA Sequence : MGKDYYQTLGLARGASDEEIKRAYR RQALRYHPDKNKEPGAEEKFKEIAE AYDVLSDPRKREIFDRYGEEGLKGS GPSGGSGGGANGTSFSYTFHGDPHA MFAEFFGGRNPFDTFFGQRNGEEGM DIDDPFSGFPMGMGGFTNVNFGRSR SAQEPARKKQDPPVTHDLRVSLEEI YSGCTKKMKISHKRLNPDGKSIRNE DKILTIEVKKGWKEGTKITFPKEGD QTSNNIPADIVFVLKDKPHNIFKRD GSDVIYPARISLREALCGCTVNVPT LDGRTIPVVFKDVIRPGMRRKVPGE GLPLPKTPEKRGDLIIEFEVIFPER IPQTSRTVLEQVLPI | Purity : > 95% | Applications : WB | Stability : This bioreagent is stable at 4 centigrade (short-term) and -70 centigrade(long-term). After reconstitution, sample may be stored at 4 centigrade for 2-7 days and below -18 centigrade for future use. | Storage : 4°C | Concentration : 1 mg/mL | Storage Buffer : Tris (pH 8). Sterile-filtered colorless solution. | Reconstitution : Reconstitute in sterile distilled H2O to no less than 100 μg/mL; dilute reconstituted stock further in other aqueous solutions if needed. Please review COA for lot-specific instructions. Final measurements should be determined by the end-user for optimal performance.
