Name :
Recombinant Human ENPP3 Protein, Myc/DDK-tagged, C13 and N15-labeled

Specification :
| Description : The protein encoded by this gene belongs to a series of ectoenzymes that are involved in hydrolysis of extracellular nucleotides. These ectoenzymes possess ATPase and ATP pyrophosphatase activities and are type II transmembrane proteins. Expression of the related rat mRNA has been found in a subset of immature glial cells and in the alimentary tract. The corresponding rat protein has been detected in the pancreas, small intestine, colon, and liver. The human mRNA is expressed in glioma cells, prostate, and uterus. Expression of the human protein has been detected in uterus, basophils, and mast cells. Two transcript variants, one protein coding and the other non-protein coding, have been found for this gene. | Source : HEK293 | Species : Human | Tag : Myc/DDK | Molecular Mass : 99.9 kDa | AA Sequence : MESTLTLATEQPVKKNTLKKYKIAC IVLLALLVIMSLGLGLGLGLRKLEK QGSCRKKCFDASFRGLENCRCDVAC KDRGDCCWDFEDTCVESTRIWMCNK FRCGETRLEASLCSCSDDCLQRKDC CADYKSVCQGETSWLEENCDTAQQS QCPEGFDLPPVILFSMDGFRAEYLY TWDTLKPNINKLKTCGIHSKYMRAM YPTKTFPNHYTIVTGLYPESHGIID NNMYDVNLNKNFSLSSKEQNNPAWW HGQPMWLTAMYQGLKAATYFWPGSE VAINGSFPSIYMPYNGSVPFEERIS TLLKWLDLPKAERPRFYTMYFEEPD SSGHAGGPVSARVIKALQVVDHAFG MLMEGLKQRNLHNCVNIILLADHGM DQTYCNKMEYMTDYFPRINFFYMYE GPAPRIRAHNIPHDFFSFNSEEIVR NLSCRKPDQHFKPYLTPDLPKRLHY AKNVRIDKVHLFVDQQWLAVRSKSN TNCGGGNHGYNNEFRSMEAIFLAHG PSFKEKTEVEPFENIEVYNLMCDLL RIQPAPNNGTHGSLNHLLKVPFYEP SHAEEVSKFSVCGFANPLPTESLDC FCPHLQNSTQLEQVNQMLNLTQEEI TATVKVNLPFGRPRVLQKNVDHCLL YHREYVSGFGKAMRMPMWSSYTVPQ LGDTSPLPPTVPDCLRADVRVPPSE SQKCSFYLADKNITHGFLYPPASNR TSDSQYDALITSNLVPMYEEFRKMW DYFHSVLLIKHATERNGVNVVSGPI FDYNYDGHFDAPDEITKHLANTDVP IPTHYFVVLTSCKNKSHTPENCPGW LDVLPFIIPHRPTNVESCPEGKPEA LWVEERFTAHIARVRDVELLTGLDF YQDKVQPVSEILQLKTYLPTFETTI TRTRPLEQKLISEEDLAANDILDYK DDDDKV | Purity : > 80% as determined by SDS-PAGE and Coomassie blue staining | Stability : Stable for 3 months from receipt of products under proper storage and handling conditions. | Storage : Store at -80 centigrade.
