Name :
Recombinant Human FASLG protein, His & S-tagged
Specification :
| Description : This gene is a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily. The primary function of the encoded transmembrane protein is the induction of apoptosis triggered by binding to FAS. The FAS/FASLG signaling pathway is essential for immune system regulation, including activation-induced cell death (AICD) of T cells and cytotoxic T lymphocyte induced cell death. It has also been implicated in the progression of several cancers. Defects in this gene may be related to some cases of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described. | Source : E. coli | Species : Human | Tag : His & S | Form : Freeze-dried powder | Molecular Mass : Predicted Molecular Mass: 14.3kDa | Protein length : Gln103~Leu281 (Accession # P48023) | Endotoxin : | Purity : > 95% | Characteristic : The isoelectric point is 6.8. | Applications : SDS-PAGE; WB; ELISA; IP. | Stability : The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition. | Storage : Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Store at 2-8°C for one month. Aliquot and store at -80°C for 12 months. | Storage buffer : PBS, pH7.4, containing 5% sucrose, 0.01% sarcosyl. | Reconstitution : Reconstitute in sterile PBS, pH7.2-pH7.4
