Name :
Recombinant Human Heat Shock 10kDa Protein 1 (Chaperonin 10), GST-tagged

Specification :
| Cat. No. : HSPE1-4855H | Description : HSPE1 is a 10-kDa stress-inducible mitochondrial protein which is a member of the heat shock proteins. HSPE1 is synthesized at elevated rates in cultured rat hepatoma cells challenged with heat shock or amino acid analogues. HSPE1 has been implicated in multiple disease states in humans. In myocardial samples from patients with chronic atrial fibrillation, cardiomyocytes respond to chronic atrial fibrillation with increased expression of HSPE1 and HSP60 . HSP10 is also overexpressed early in prostate carcinogenesis. HSPE1 is also overexpressed in large bowel carcinomas and it may have diagnostic and prognostic significance in the management of this tumour . | Applications : Western Blot | Molecular Weight : 36 kDa | Expression System : E. coli | Species : Human | Form : Recombinant protein stored in 50mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 150mM NaCl, 0.25 mM DTT, 0.1 mM PMSF, 25% glycerol. | Purity : > 90 % | Concentration : 0.2 ug/ul | Sequences : Full-length | Storage : Store product at -70°C. For optimal storage, aliquot target into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
