Name :
Recombinant Human CD68, StrepII-tagged

Specification :
| Description : This product is the extracellular domain of CD68. CD68 is a member of the lysosomal/endosomal-associated membrane glycoprotein (LAMP) family. The protein primarily localizes to lysosomes and endosomes with a smaller fraction circulating to the cell surface. It is a type I integral membrane protein with a heavily glycosylated extracellular domain and binds to tissue- and organ-specific lectins or selectins. The protein is also a member of the scavenger receptor family. Scavenger receptors typically function to clear cellular debris, promote phagocytosis, and mediate the recruitment and activation of macrophages. | Source : Human Cells | Species : Human | Tag : StrepII | Form : Lyophilized from sterile 0.2μm filtered solution in 0.3X PBS with 10% Trehalose (carrier-free). | Protein length : 22-319, 298 a.a. | AA Sequence : NDCPHKKSATLLPSFTVTPTVTEST GTTSHRTTKSHKTTTHRTTTTGTTS HGPTTATHNPTTTSHGNVTVHPTSN STATSQGPSTATHSPATT SHGNATVHPTSNSTATSPGFTSSAH PEPPPPSPSPSPTSKETIGDYTWTN GSQPCVHLQAQIQIRVMYTTQGGGE AWGISVLNPNKTKVQGSCEGAHPH LLLSFPYGHLSFGFMQDLQQKVVYL SYMAVEYNVSFPHAAQWTFSAQNAS LRDLQAPLGQSFSCSNSSIILSPAV HLDLLSLRLQAAQLPHTGVFGQSFS C PSDRS | Endotoxin : | Purity : >95% pure by SDS-PAGE | Storage : 12 months at -20°C as supplied; 1 month at 4°C after reconstitution.
