Name :
Recombinant Human CD9

Specification :
| Cat. No. : CDA068P | Description : CD9 antigen is a 24 to 27kD glycoprotein expressed on the surface of developing B lymphocytes, platelets, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils, stimulated T lymphocytes and by neurons and glial cells in the peripheral nervous system. In pre-B cells and platelets, CD9 antigen regulates cell activation aggregation possibly through an association with the integrin CD41/CD61. It also regulates cell motility in a variety of cell lines, and appears to be an important regulator of Schwann cell behaviour in peripheral nerve. | Source : Escherichia Coli. | Physical Appearance : Sterile Filtered clear solution. | Purity : Greater than 95.0% as determined by: (a) Analysis by RP-HPLC. (b) Anion-exchange FPLC. (c) Analysis by reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE Silver Stained. | Formulation : CD9 at 100µg/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol. | Applications : • ELISA • Inhibition Assays • Western Blotting | Characterization : On SDS-PAGE commassie blue stained gel, the purified recombinant protein shows a band at 52kDa (Including GST). | Storage : Store vial at -20℃ to -80℃. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles. | Synonyms : CD9 antigen; p24; Leukocyte antigen MIC3; Motility-related protein; MRP-1; Tetraspanin-29; Tspan-29; 5H9 antigen; Cell growth-inhibiting gene 2 protein; CD9; 5H9; BA2; P24; GIG2; MIC3; BTCC-1; DRAP-27; TSPAN29; p24 antigen; CD9 antigen (p24); OTTHUMP00000041574; OTTHUMP00000041576; leukocyte antigen MIC3; motility related protein; motility related protein-1; growth-inhibiting gene 2 protein; antigen defined by monoclonal antibody 602-29; CD9 molecule
