Name :
Recombinant Human CDH1, StrepII-tagged

Specification :
| Description : This product is the intracellular domain of CDH1. Cadherins are calcium-dependent cell adhesion proteins. They preferentially interact with themselves in a homophilic manner in connecting cells; Cadherins may thus contribute to the sorting of heterogeneous cell types. CDH1 is involved in mechanisms regulating cell-cell adhesions, mobility and proliferation of epithelial cells. Has a potent invasive suppressor role. It is a ligand for integrin alpha-E/beta-7. CDH1 is a homodimer comprised of five extracellular cadherin repeats, a transmembrane region, and a highly conserved cytoplasmic tail. Mutations in this gene are correlated with gastric, breast, colorectal, thyroid, and ovarian cancer. | Source : Human Cells | Species : Human | Tag : StrepII | Form : Lyophilized from sterile 0.2μm filtered solution in 0.3X PBS with 10% Trehalose (carrier-free) | Protein length : 731-882, 152 a.a. | AA Sequence : LRRRAVVKEPLLPPEDDTRDNVYYY DEEGGGEEDQDFDLSQLHRGLDARP EVTRNDVAPTLMSVPRYLPRPANPD EIGNFIDENLKAADTDPTAPPYDSL LVFDYEGSGSEAASLSSLNSSESDK DQDYDYLNEWGNRFKKLADMYGGGE DD | Endotoxin : | Purity : >90% by SDS-PAGE | Storage : 12 months at -20°C as supplied; 1 month at 4°C after reconstitution.
