Name :
Recombinant Human DPP4 Protein, His-tagged

Specification :
| Description : The DPP4 gene encodes dipeptidyl peptidase 4, which is identical to adenosine deaminase complexing protein-2, and to the T-cell activation antigen CD26. It is an intrinsic type II transmembrane glycoprotein and a serine exopeptidase that cleaves X-proline dipeptides from the N-terminus of polypeptides. Dipeptidyl peptidase 4 is highly involved in glucose and insulin metabolism, as well as in immune regulation. This protein was shown to be a functional receptor for Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV), and protein modeling suggests that it may play a similar role with SARS-CoV-2, the virus responsible for COVID-19. | Source : CHO | Species : Human | Tag : His | Molecular Mass : 84 kDa | Protein length : 29-766 | Purity : > 90% | Applications : ELISA | Stability : One year at -70 centigrade from date of shipment. | Storage : Store product at –70 centigrade. For optimal storage, aliquot targets into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at the recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles. | Concentration : 0.2 μg/μL | Storage Buffer : Recombinant protein stored in 50 mM sodium phosphate, pH7.5, 300 mM NaCl, 150 mM imidazole. | Shipping : Dry ice
