Name :
Active Recombinant Human Fc Receptor-Like 2, His-tagged

Specification :
| Cat. No. : FCRL2-497H | Description : Fc receptorlike 2 (FCRL2),also known as FcRH2 and IRTA4, belongs to the family of glycoprotein homologsof classical immunoglobulin (Ig) Fc receptors. In human, the type I transmembraneFCRL protein family contains from three to nine immunoglobulinlike domains. Maturehuman FcRH2 consists of a 382 amino acid (aa) extracellular domain (ECD) withfour Iglike C2set domains, a 21 aa transmembrane segment, and an 86 aa cytoplasmicdomain with one ITAMlike, and two ITIMlike motifs. FCRL proteins are differentiallyexpressed among B cells. FCRL2 is preferentially expressed on naïve and CD27+memory B cells within the spleen, lymph nodes, tonsils, and peripheral blood. It is also expressed on most B cells in B cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (BCLL)patients. FCRL2 upregulation is associated with mutation of the immunoglobulinheavy chain variable (IGHV) and less aggressive forms of BCLL. | Source : Mammalian cells | Form : Lyophilized from a 0.2μm filtered solution in PBS. | N-terminal Sequence : Leu20 | Molecular Weight : 41.9 kDa | Activity : Measured by its abilityto bind human IgG with an estimated KD | Purity : >95%, by SDS-PAGEunder reducing conditions and visualized by silver stain. | Endotoxin Level : | Reconstitution : Reconstitute at 100 μg/mLin sterile PBS. | Storage : Use a manual defrostfreezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. 12 months from date of receipt,-20 to -70 °C as supplied. 1 month, 2 to 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.3 months, -20 to -70 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution. | OfficialSymbol : FCRL2
